Rebecca and her administrative team was fantastic to work with. We originally had a solid pre-approval with another lender. My wife and I made the switch to Rebecca at the time we were submitting an offer on the home we purchased. It's a fair bit of administrative work to go through a home loan approval process; no matter what lender you go with, so to go through it twice....ulgh. What I will say on this though- it was worth it. Going through a second pre-approval with the right lender, who will be open and transparent with the fees and the bottom line cost was the right move for us. Rebecca's team had great communication, provided updates on each step and was motivated to make it happen, on time and on budget. We highly recommend her services and would work with her again on a future purchase!

We recently refinanced our house (December 2020) using Foote Capital Mortgage Company / Team Rebecca. They were extremely helpful in helping us to to review options and setup a new mortgage that met our needs, were very responsive to questions throughout the process, and were able to quickly get our new loan approved. It was so nice to have such a great group of people guide us from start to finish, and even after our loan had transferred to the new mortgage company they still sent a reminder when the 1st payment was due even though it technically wasn't their responsibility anymore. The little things like that are what took our experience from "good" to "great". I'm a realtor with Coldwell Banker and when it came time for me to buy my next home earlier this year, she was the only natural choice. (Actually, this is the second time that we've used her. She also helped us with a refinance years ago on our last house.) I work with lots of lenders on the daily and certainly had my choice of whom to work with on my purchase but because of Rebecca's communication, her hardworking team and their friendliness I was happy to quickly call her. As I know all too well, lenders can make or break deals. I've never had a broken deal with Team Rebecca. I'll continue to use her as I need her services!
